INNOVA TELECOM S.L. (hereinafter, ITSOFT) is a company dedicated to the design and development of mobile applications for companies.
ITSOFT is registered in the Mercantile Register of Seville, volume 3654, folio 86, inscription 1 with sheet SE-51851.

The products that the user can purchase through the website www.itsoft.es are software packages and related services. Prices do not include VAT. If a discount is included, it will be indicated for each product.
ITSOFT reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the structure and design of this application; modify or remove services or content, as well as the access or usage conditions. Therefore, it is the user’s responsibility to review any modifications to these conditions each time the application is used.
1. Intellectual and Industrial Property
All distinctive signs, trademarks, trade names, content, structure, design, and the presentation of elements, as well as any other information appearing in this application, are the property of ITSOFT or, where applicable, of third parties who have licensed or authorized ITSOFT for their use, and are protected by industrial and intellectual property rights.
The user is prohibited from reproducing, transforming, distributing, publicly communicating, and, in general, any other form of exploitation of the elements referred to in the previous section without the express authorization of ITSOFT.
The user shall refrain from using any means that may suppress, alter, bypass, or manipulate any protective devices or security systems that may be installed, and that could pose a risk, damage, or disable the application and/or its contents.
ITSOFT is not responsible for any improper use of this application by third parties, nor for the information transmitted through it to third parties. ITSOFT disclaims any liability for damages of any kind caused to users by the use of links, directories, and search tools that allow users to access websites owned and/or managed by third parties, as well as for the presence of viruses or other malicious codes in the content that may cause any kind of damage to users’ computer systems, electronic documents, or files. ITSOFT reserves the right to take any legal actions it deems appropriate arising from any illegal use of the content of this application by third parties.
2. Use of Cookies
Cookies are small data files or sets of characters that are stored on the user’s computer hard drive or temporary memory when accessing pages of certain websites. They are used so that the accessed server can recognize the user’s preferences when they reconnect. Access to this application may involve the use of cookies, which will aim to facilitate the online purchase process of the products or services offered, and to serve advertising or certain legal content or information of interest to the user. The cookies used cannot read cookie files created by other providers. The client who contracts this application has the legal obligation to register the data file with the Data Protection Agency, in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), and other applicable regulations.
